CTC BP1 -Broken Pekoe Tea is manufactured using an Unorthodox Black tea processing method known as CTC, which refers to ‘Cut Tear Curl’ processing methods. Tea leaves and tips are cut into tiny particles and then curled into smaller granular particles. These teas produce a strong and rich liquor with a full bodied bright cup. Some would classify this tea as a bitter cup so would prefer adding milk over it.
